Is it any good?
The iPhone 18 Pro gives you the exact same camera hardware and silicon as the Pro Max in a 6.3-inch body that is 38 grams lighter, starting at ₹164,900 for 256GB. For most buyers spending Pro money, not having to carry a 249-gram phone is reason enough to stop here.
You get the 48MP main camera with a mechanical variable aperture (f/1.48 to f/4.0), the 48MP ultrawide, and the 48MP 4x tetraprism telephoto, plus 4K 120fps Dolby Vision and ProRes RAW video over a 10 Gbps USB 3 port. The 120Hz OLED screen peaks at 3,000 nits outdoors, and the A20 Pro chip pairs with Apple's C2 5G modem and Wi-Fi 7.
The ₹164,900 starting price is ₹65,000 above the standard iPhone 17, which shares the same 6.3-inch 120Hz display size and resolution. You are paying that premium for the telephoto lens, variable aperture, faster USB-C port, and extra GPU cores.
