Is it any good?
The P4x 5G is the cheapest way into realme's Dimensity 7400 Ultra phones: ₹26,999 for 6GB + 128GB and ₹29,999 for 8GB + 128GB. It is for gamers on a budget who care about the chip more than the screen.
Besides the Dimensity 7400 Ultra, you get a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD at 144Hz, a 7,000 mAh battery with 45W charging, 4K video recording at 30fps and a microSD slot. The 50MP main camera is joined by a 2MP monochrome sensor, which is there mostly to fill a gap on the back.
The catch is the P4 5G, which costs ₹4,000 more than the base P4x and adds an AMOLED screen rated at 4,500 nits, 80W charging, 8GB of RAM and a thinner 7.58mm body. The P4x is rated IP64 only and runs Android 15 with no published update promise. If you can find the extra money, spend it.
