Is it any good?
The T5 5G is the balanced one in vivo's T series, for people who want a bit of everything and no obvious hole. It starts at ₹34,999 for 6GB + 128GB and goes up to ₹49,999 for 12GB + 256GB.
The money buys a curved 6.83-inch 144Hz screen rated at 3,000 nits, a Dimensity 7500 Turbo, a 50MP main camera with stabilisation plus an 8MP ultrawide, 4K video from front and back, a 7,050 mAh battery and IP68 and IP69 ratings, in a 7.99mm, 199g body. vivo promises three Android updates and five years of security updates.
The catch is charging, which tops out at 44W, and there is no NFC. The T5 Pro 5G charges at 90W and has 9,020 mAh, but gives up the ultrawide. And the 12GB model at ₹49,999 costs more than the ₹48,999 S2, which says more about the S2 than about this phone.
