Is it any good?
The T4 Lite 5G is the cheapest way to get 5G on a vivo phone, at ₹16,999 for 4GB + 64GB or ₹18,999 for 4GB + 128GB, in Titanium Gold and Prism Blue. It is for people upgrading from an old 4G phone who mainly want a big battery and a decent main camera.
The money buys a 6,000 mAh battery, a Dimensity 6300, a 50MP main camera, a 6.74-inch 90Hz screen rated at 1,000 nits, IP64 protection and a microSD slot for cards up to 2TB. vivo promises two years of Android updates and up to three years of security updates.
The catch is age. It is an older model running Funtouch OS 15 on Android 15, a version behind vivo's newer phones, and it charges at just 15W, so filling 6,000 mAh takes a while. The T5 Lite 44W 5G costs ₹1,000 more and fixes both, with Android 16 and 44W charging.
