Is it any good?
The X7 is the cheapest curved AMOLED in POCO's range: a 6.67-inch 1.5K panel that peaks at 3,000 nits, from ₹17,999 for 8GB + 128GB. It is 8.4 mm thin and weighs 190 g.
Inside is a Dimensity 7300-Ultra and a 5,500 mAh battery with 45W charging, and it carries IP66, IP68 and IP69, a rating POCO usually saves for pricier phones. The 50MP main camera has OIS. A 2MP macro camera joins the 8MP ultrawide, and a 45W charger comes in the box.
The catch is software: it shipped with Android 14 and gets three Android updates. ₹6,000 more buys the X7 Pro, with the much faster Dimensity 8400-Ultra, a 6,550 mAh battery and 90W charging. As a first phone with a properly good screen, though, it is hard to beat at this price.
