At ₹1,34,999 for the sole in-stock 12GB and 256GB version, the Galaxy S26+ sits in an awkward middle ground between the compact Galaxy S26 and the Ultra. It targets buyers who want a sharp 6.7-inch Quad HD+ display and a 4,900 mAh battery without carrying a 214g stylus phone.
On paper, the screen and build are the highlights. The 3120 x 1440 Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel reaches 2,600 nits at 120Hz inside a 7.3mm, 190g chassis protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and an IP68 rating. You also get Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, Ultra Wideband, and a versatile triple rear camera with 3x optical zoom.
The catch is the silicon split and availability. While the Ultra gets Qualcomm’s top chip, the Indian Galaxy S26+ uses the deca-core Exynos 2600 up to 3.8GHz, and only the Pinkgold 256GB model is currently in stock on Samsung’s India store.
