Is it any good?
Priced at ₹23,499 for 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (or ₹26,499 for 6GB + 128GB), the Galaxy F17 5G shares its entire hardware platform with the Galaxy A17 5G and Galaxy M17 5G. It packs a 6.7-inch Full HD+ 90Hz Super AMOLED screen and a 5,000 mAh battery into a 7.5mm, 192g chassis.
You get an octa-core processor clocked up to 2.4GHz, a 50MP OIS main camera joined by 5MP ultrawide and 2MP macro sensors, a 13MP selfie camera, and microSD expansion up to 2TB. Software starts on One UI 7 with six generations of OS upgrades and security updates until September 2031.
The catch is that the Galaxy M17 5G offers the exact same 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB specifications on Samsung’s store for ₹19,999 and ₹22,999 respectively, making the F17 5G ₹3,500 more expensive for a different coat of paint.
