Our take

Is it any good?

At ₹16,999 for 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage in a single Dark Blue colour, the Galaxy F08 LTE is the lowest-priced phone currently on sale on Samsung’s India website. It is identical in hardware to the ₹18,499 Galaxy A08 LTE, saving you ₹1,500 if you only need a basic 4G handset with a 6,000 mAh battery.

You get the MediaTek Helio G99+ chip, a 6.7-inch HD+ PLS LCD screen, an IP64 dust-and-splash rating, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a dedicated microSD slot alongside dual nano SIMs, and 25W charging support. It runs One UI 9 with six generations of OS upgrades and security updates through September 2032.

The catch is that ₹16,999 is still a lot to pay for 4G and 64GB of storage in 2026. Stretching ₹1,500 to the ₹18,499 Galaxy F70e 5G or Galaxy M17e 5G gets you 5G support, 128GB of storage, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
