Is it any good?
The Yuva 3 is a basic 4G Lava, listed on Lava's store at ₹6,999 for 4GB + 64GB and ₹7,299 for 4GB + 128GB, in Eclipse Black, Cosmic Lavender and Galaxy White. It is for buyers who want calls, messages and everyday apps on a tight budget.
A Unisoc T606 runs a 6.5-inch HD+ screen at 90Hz. The back has a 13MP main camera with two smaller lenses, the front a 5MP selfie camera, and the 5,000 mAh battery charges at 18W. Storage is UFS 2.2, a dedicated microSD slot takes cards up to 512GB, and it weighs 192g at 8.45mm thick.
The catch is support. Lava's software page lists the Yuva 3 as end of life: it launched on Android 13, got Android 14, and its security updates ended in January 2026. For ₹700 more than the 128GB version, the O2 doubles the RAM to 8GB and moves to a 50MP camera and a Unisoc T616, though its updates ended earlier, in November 2025.
