Is it any good?
The A05s is a 2023 itel still listed at ₹6,499 for 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It is for someone who needs a simple, colourful phone for calls, chats and video.
You get a 6.56-inch HD+ screen, a Unisoc SC9863A, a 4,000 mAh battery with USB-C and support for 10W charging, an 8MP main camera, a 5MP selfie camera, a side fingerprint reader, Android 13 Go and four colours, including a bright Glorious Orange.
The catch is the A50, which costs the same ₹6,499 with the same 4GB + 64GB memory, a 5,000 mAh battery, a Unisoc T603 and Android 14 Go. For ₹500 more, the A80 doubles the storage. The A05s has no reason to be anyone's first choice.
