Is it any good?
The POCO Pad 5G is POCO’s first tablet in India, for buyers who want mobile data built in and a big screen without paying flagship money. It costs ₹23,999 for 8GB + 128GB and ₹25,999 for 8GB + 256GB, both with 5G.
The money buys a 12.1-inch 2.5K screen at up to 120Hz with Gorilla Glass 3, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, four speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and an IP52 rating against dust and splashes. The 10,000 mAh battery charges at 33W, with the charger in the box.
The catch is age: it launched in August 2024 on a mid-range Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, and POCO promises 2 Android updates. The POCO Smart Pen and POCO Pad Keyboard cost extra, and Pistachio Green comes only with 256GB.
