The Infinix GT 50 Pro launched in India on 27 October 2026 at ₹69,999 for the 12GB + 256GB version, and that is the only way to buy it: Infinix sells the phone together with its GT NX Controller, GT NX Station dock and GT MagCharge Cooler 2.0. There is no phone-only option. Prices checked 28 October 2026.

That is a long way from where leaks pointed. In our launch preview we printed no price because Indian pre-launch reports ranged from about ₹35,000 to under ₹45,000, all from tipsters. Infinix has now answered with nearly double the low end.

How much is the Infinix GT 50 Pro in India?

It costs ₹69,999, the same on Infinix’s own store for both colours, Black Abyss and Red Blaze. Only one version exists, 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage. One report also lists a ₹5,000 instant bank discount, which would bring it to ₹64,999 for eligible card holders; we could not find that offer on Infinix’s own pages.

Why is the Infinix GT 50 Pro so much dearer than the GT 30 Pro?

Because it is a different kind of product. Last year’s GT 30 Pro launched in India at ₹24,999, so the GT 50 Pro costs about 2.8 times as much. Digit attributes the jump to the global memory chip shortage, which has pushed up what phone makers pay for RAM. Infinix has not said how it splits the price between phone and accessories; one outlet values the bundle at ₹24,999.

What do you get for ₹69,999?

On paper, a proper gaming phone. These are Infinix’s figures, as shown on our GT 50 Pro page: a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chip, a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED screen with up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness, and a 6,500 mAh battery with 45W wired and 30W wireless charging. It is rated IP64, so it handles splashes but should not meet a bucket of water.

The pressure-sensitive shoulder triggers and the HydroFlow liquid cooling are Infinix’s own claims, and no independent test of either has been published yet. On software, it ships with XOS 16 on Android 16, with three Android upgrades promised.

Is the GT 50 Pro worth it over the Infinix Note 60 Pro?

Only if you will use the controller and dock. The Infinix Note 60 Pro is ₹35,999 today, which is ₹34,000 less than the GT 50 Pro, and shares its 6.78-inch 144Hz screen, 6,500 mAh battery, 30W wireless charging and IP64 rating. It also charges faster by wire (90W). Our GT 50 Pro against Note 60 Pro comparison has the full sheet.

What the extra money buys is the faster chip, double the storage, more RAM and the three accessories. Whether that is worth ₹34,000 depends on whether you already own a controller. For most people, the Note 60 Pro is the better value; the GT 50 Pro is poor value if you only want a quick Infinix.

If your budget is nearer ₹70,000 and you want a regular phone, start with the best phones under ₹70,000.

Quick answers

What is the Infinix GT 50 Pro price in India?
