Is it any good?
The Agni 3 was Lava's flagship before the Agni 4, and Lava's store still lists it: ₹21,999 for 8GB + 128GB without a charger, ₹23,999 with one, and ₹25,999 for 8GB + 256GB with a charger, in Heather Glass and Pristine Glass. It is for buyers who want something different on the back of their phone.
That something is a 1.74-inch AMOLED screen beside the cameras, which shows notifications, answers calls, controls music and lets you take selfies with the main cameras. The front screen is a 6.78-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED at 120Hz, and a MediaTek Dimensity 7300X runs it. The 50MP Sony main camera has OIS, next to an 8MP 3x telephoto and an 8MP ultrawide, and it records 4K at 30fps. The 5,000 mAh battery charges at 66W, and the phone is IP64 rated with stereo speakers.
The catch is weight and storage. It weighs 212g, and there is no microSD slot. Lava's software page shows it on Android 16 with Android 17 still to come, and Lava gives Agni phones three years of security updates, so support runs to October 2027.
