Is it any good?
The Yoga Tab Gen 2 is Lenovo's premium tablet for artists and note-takers, and Lenovo India already has a page for it. There is no India price or launch date yet, so this is a preview built on Lenovo India's own spec sheet.
On paper it is the most ambitious tablet Lenovo has listed for India: an 11.1-inch 4K LCD at up to 144Hz with a 1,100 nits peak, the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s, an 11,000 mAh battery and Wi-Fi 7, in a body 6.2 mm thick that weighs 480 g. The Tab Pen Pro 2 comes in the box, and Lenovo promises seven Android upgrades, to Android 24, with security updates until 2033. That is five more upgrades than Lenovo promises for any of its current tablets in India.
The catch is the one thing nobody knows yet: the price. If it lands near the ₹41,999 Idea Tab Pro Gen 2, the update promise alone makes it the better long-term buy. Much higher, and the Pro Gen 2's bigger 13-inch screen makes a strong case for saving the money.
