The A300C is itel's big-battery phone for the high street, sold through itel's retail stores at ₹10,999 for 4GB + 64GB. It is for someone who wants a tough, simple phone that goes a long time between charges and can work the TV remote too.
The money buys a 6,000 mAh battery with 18W charging, a battery only the Zeno 300 matches in itel's current India range, plus a 6.56-inch 90Hz screen, Android 16 Go, a microSD slot that takes cards up to 2TB, an infrared blaster and itel's UltraLink calling, which lets two nearby itel phones talk over Bluetooth when there is no signal. itel also says it meets the MIL-STD-810H toughness standard.
The catch is its twin. The Zeno 300 lists the same 6,000 mAh battery, 18W charging, 6.56-inch 90Hz screen and 4GB + 64GB memory for ₹9,649, and itel uses the same product photos for both. itel India also does not name the chip on the A300C page, so on paper you are paying ₹1,350 for a different badge.
