Is it any good?
The Blaze 2 is listed on Lava's store at ₹8,999 for 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, in Glass Blue and Glass Orange. It is a 4G phone with a glossy glass back for buyers on a tight budget.
A Unisoc T616 runs a 6.5-inch HD+ punch-hole screen at 90Hz, with UFS 2.2 storage. The back has a 13MP main camera and a 2MP camera, the front an 8MP selfie camera, and the 5,000 mAh battery charges at 18W. A microSD slot takes cards up to 1TB, and it weighs 203g at 8.6mm thick.
The catch is support. Lava's software page lists the Blaze 2 as end of life: it launched on Android 12, got Android 13, and its security updates ended in March 2025. For ₹1,000 less, the Yuva 3 Pro has 8GB of RAM, a 50MP camera and the same chip, and Lava updated it until November 2025.
