Is it any good?
The POVA 7 starts at ₹14,999 for 8GB + 128GB and costs ₹15,999 for 8GB + 256GB, making it the most affordable route to MediaTek's Dimensity 7300 Ultimate silicon in the lineup. It is aimed at shoppers who want smooth gaming without crossing the ₹15,000 mark.
That price buys a 6.78-inch 144Hz display at 2460 x 1080 resolution, a 50MP main camera and a 13MP front camera. It packs a 6,000 mAh battery with 45W charging in the box, and carries an IP64 rating against dust and light splashes.
The catch is the hefty build: at 207g and 8.8mm thick, it is 12g heavier than the POVA 7 Pro. You also miss out on the 64MP Sony IMX682 camera, higher 2720 x 1224 screen and wireless charging of the ₹18,999 POVA 7 Pro.
