Is it any good?
The City 100 is the odd one out in itel's range: a year older than most of its siblings and still one of the better deals. At ₹7,599 for 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, sold through itel's retail stores, it is for someone who wants a slim, good-looking phone without paying for one.
For less than the 3GB A100 you get twice the storage, a larger 6.75-inch 90Hz screen rated at 700 nits, a Unisoc T7250, a 5,200 mAh battery with 18W charging, a 13MP main camera, an IP64 rating against dust and splashes, and a body 7.65mm thin. It also keeps an infrared blaster and a side fingerprint reader.
The catch is age. It runs Android 14 while newer itel phones ship with Android 15 Go or 16 Go, and itel publishes no update promise. If that does not bother you, this is the itel to buy.
