Is it any good?
At ₹13,999 for its sole 4GB + 64GB configuration, the T5e is the entry point to vivo's Indian line-up. It covers the basics with a 5,500 mAh battery, IP64 dust and splash resistance, a dedicated microSD slot supporting up to 2TB cards, and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 inside a 199g, 8.19mm shell.
Everywhere else, it is strictly built to a budget. Connectivity is 4G VoLTE only, driven by a 1.8GHz octa-core Unisoc T7225 processor with 15W wired charging. The 6.74-inch HD+ (1,600 x 720) LCD runs at 90Hz with 570 nits peak brightness, and cameras are limited to an 8MP f/2.0 rear sensor and a 5MP f/2.2 front shooter.
Unless ₹14,000 is a hard ceiling, stretching ₹2,000 to the Y05 gets you a larger 6,500 mAh battery and a 120Hz screen, while ₹4,000 more for the T5 Lite 44W 5G adds 5G, a 50MP camera and 44W charging.
