Is it any good?
Still on sale in 4GB + 64GB (₹16,999) and 4GB + 128GB (₹18,999) configurations, the 2025 T4 Lite 5G is currently the least expensive way to get a 5G vivo phone. It runs on MediaTek's 2.4GHz Dimensity 6300 processor, packs a 6,000 mAh battery into a 202g, 8.19mm IP64 body, and includes a 50MP f/1.8 main camera, a 2MP depth sensor and microSD expansion up to 2TB.
The catch is that its successor, the T5 Lite 44W 5G, now sits just ₹1,000 higher at ₹17,999. The T4 Lite 5G charges at a sluggish 15W, uses a 90Hz 1,000-nit 6.74-inch HD+ (1,600 x 720) LCD instead of 120Hz, and launched on older Funtouch OS 15 (Android 15) with a two-OS-update and three-year security promise.
If you are buying strictly to a ₹17,000 cap it remains a dependable 5G workhorse, but most buyers should spend the extra ₹1,000 for the newer T5 Lite 44W 5G.
