The iQOO 16 is iQOO’s next flagship, and iQOO India’s CEO Nipun Marya confirmed at India Mobile Congress 2026 that it is coming here. There is no date or price yet, and iQOO India has not published a single spec, so everything below comes from the Chinese model, which launched there in late September.
In China it runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 alongside iQOO’s own Q4 gaming chip, on a 6.85-inch 2K screen that refreshes at up to 165Hz. The battery is 8,400 mAh with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, and the body is rated IP68 and IP69. All three rear cameras are 50MP: a large 1/1.3-inch main, a Sony periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom and an ultrawide.
That is a gaming phone wearing a proper flagship camera kit, which is not how iQOO usually splits the budget. Whether India gets the same phone, and at what price, is the open question, and this page fills in the day iQOO India publishes the details.
