Is it any good?
The 12 introduced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 silicon to India starting at ₹59,999 for 12GB + 256GB and ₹64,999 for 16GB + 512GB. Built around an IP64-rated body weighing 203g, it launched on Funtouch OS 14 with a commitment to three OS upgrades and four years of security fixes.
Core hardware includes Qualcomm silicon, a 6.78-inch 144Hz 1.5K LTPO AMOLED screen with 3,000 nits peak brightness, and 120W wired charging filling a 5,000 mAh battery. The camera array features an OmniVision 50MP primary sensor and a dedicated 64MP 3x periscope telephoto camera with optical stabilisation.
The main compromises are IP64 splash resistance rather than total waterproofing and the absence of wireless charging. The periscope telephoto performance remains among the strongest at this price.
