Is it any good?
The iPad Air 11″ (M4) is the iPad most people who want more than the basics should look at. It starts at ₹89,900 for 128GB with Wi-Fi and puts the M4 chip, 12GB of memory and Apple Pencil Pro support in a body 6.1 mm thick that weighs 464 g.
Over the ₹49,900 iPad (A16), the extra ₹40,000 buys an M-series chip with Apple Intelligence, a laminated anti-reflective screen, Wi-Fi 7 and USB-C at up to 10 Gbps. It also works with the Magic Keyboard, which turns it into a small laptop for another ₹26,900.
The catch is the screen. It is a 500 nits LCD with no ProMotion, while the iPad Pro 11″ (M5) has a 120Hz tandem OLED panel for ₹50,000 more. If you draw or edit video for hours, that gap matters; for notes, reading and streaming, it does not.
