Is it any good?
The iPad Air 13″ (M4) is the 11-inch Air, stretched. It starts at ₹1,19,900 for 128GB with Wi-Fi, and it is for people who split the screen between two apps all day or want a bigger canvas without paying for a Pro.
The money buys a 2732 x 2048 screen that is a little brighter at 600 nits, a bigger 36.59 Wh battery and the same M4 chip, 12GB of memory and Wi-Fi 7. It weighs 616 g, so it is a lap-and-desk tablet more than a one-hand one. The 13-inch Magic Keyboard is ₹29,900.
The catch is how close it sits to the iPad Pro 13″ (M5), which starts at ₹1,99,900 with a 120Hz OLED screen, four speakers and 256GB. That is ₹80,000 more, so for most buyers the Air is the sensible big iPad. Apple rates both Air sizes at up to 10 hours of browsing or video, so the bigger battery mostly feeds the bigger screen.
