Infinix GT 50 Pro launches in India on 27 October: what we know
Infinix has confirmed the GT 50 Pro for 27 October, with pre-booking from 24 October at noon. Price and India specs are not out yet; here is what is official.
The Infinix GT 50 Pro launches in India on Tuesday 27 October 2026, and pre-booking opens three days earlier, on 24 October at 12 noon, according to Infinix’s India site. Infinix has not announced a price or India specs yet.
When does the Infinix GT 50 Pro launch in India?
On 27 October 2026. Infinix’s India launch page lists three dates, and it says more features will be revealed on 22 October. Every date below comes from Infinix itself.
| Date | What happens |
|---|---|
| 22 October, 12 noon | Infinix reveals more features |
| 24 October, 12 noon | Pre-booking opens |
| 27 October | India launch |
What has Infinix confirmed about the GT 50 Pro?
Very little about the phone itself. Infinix has confirmed two colours, Black Abyss and Red Blaze, and a supercar-inspired design it calls CyberMecha, with a lit rear panel. It also claims the “segment’s largest micro-pump liquid cooling system”, a claim it has not backed with a number, and one no independent test has checked.
What is the GT 50 Pro gaming ecosystem?
Infinix is selling the phone with a set of add-ons: the GT NX Controller, the GT NX Station and the GT Magcharge Cooler 2.0. The controller clips around the phone for handheld play, splits in two for a second player, and the station docks the phone to a TV, according to Infinix’s launch page.
Infinix calls this “India’s only smartphone-to-console ecosystem”. That is its own claim, and we cannot verify it. Accessory prices have not been announced either.
What are the Infinix GT 50 Pro’s specs and price in India?
Neither is official for India. The global GT 50 Pro has a Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chip, a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED screen, a 6,500 mAh battery with 45W wired and 30W wireless charging, and pressure-sensitive shoulder triggers, as shown on our GT 50 Pro page. The Indian phone may differ: our page notes that Infinix’s Note 50x 5G+ has a 5,500 mAh battery in India against 5,200 mAh abroad.
Expected prices in Indian reports vary widely and rest on leaks, so we are not printing one. Infinix has said nothing about price. We will add the figure to the phone page on launch day.
Should you wait for the GT 50 Pro?
If you were about to buy a gaming phone this week, wait until 27 October: the price will decide whether it belongs in gaming phones under ₹40,000. Other launches are on our upcoming phones calendar, and this week also brings the OPPO Find X10 launch on 22 October. Every Infinix phone on sale today is listed on its brand page.
