Is it any good?
The Galaxy S26 is built for buyers who are tired of giant phones but refuse to give up a proper telephoto camera. Starting at ₹1,02,999 for 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, it keeps its footprint down to 7.2mm thick and 167g while nudging battery capacity up to 4,300 mAh.
You get a 6.3-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen hitting 2,600 nits, an IP68 rating with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on both sides, and the same 50MP main, 10MP 3x optical telephoto, and 12MP ultrawide camera trio as the S26+. Wi-Fi 7, Samsung DeX, and security updates running until February 2033 round out the package.
The trade-offs are charging speed and processor choice. Wired charging remains stuck at 25W, Ultra Wideband is left off the spec sheet, and Samsung ships the deca-core Exynos 2600 here rather than the Snapdragon chip found in last year’s Galaxy S25.
