It is the camera flagship from two generations ago, and its party trick is a 1-inch main camera with an adjustable aperture from f/1.63 to f/4.0, the kind of control normally found on a real camera, backed by a 75mm telephoto and a 120mm periscope.
Charging is generous for its age: 90W by cable and 80W wirelessly, and it can charge other gadgets wirelessly too. The 6.73-inch LTPO screen runs at 3200 x 1440 and the chip is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
The catch is the age of everything else. It runs HyperOS on Android 14, the battery is 5,000 mAh against 6,000 mAh on the 17 Ultra, and the ₹1,09,999 Xiaomi 15 Ultra adds a newer chip and a 200MP periscope for ₹10,000 more.
